Diego Rivera was a world-famous Mexican muralist. Museums all over Mexico celebrate his art, political contributions and his life.He was married to Frida Kahlo and commissioned to paint murals all over the United States and Mexico.Diego Rivera spent the last few years of his life living in Acapulco at what is now called La Casa de Los Vientos.It has become a museum that displays the last few murals Rivera created before his death in 1957.The most famous of these murals is a mosaic of Quetzalcoatl on the external wall of the museum, right on the street.
